This lilac cardigan would make an excellent gift for a new baby! It is made from a 1950s pattern, and I have given many of these to new mothers. It is lilac, with a lacy pattern up the front. It is an unusual design, knitted all in one piece, so has raglan sleeves. It buttons up the front with 5 buttons to make it easy to get onto the baby.

It is 16″ around the chest, 7″ long, and has 4 1/2″sleeve seams.

It is made from 100% soft acrylic and is machine washable.
